Burger Brothers

Burger Brothers opened in April 2013 at the height of the burger boom and is my goto place in Brighton to grab a quick and cheap burger on the go. It has been getting rave reviews (top 5 places in Brighton on Trip Advisor) and rightly so.
I first visited the little place which only sits a few people on stalls last May and straight away felt the passion these guys have for burgers and what they do. Engaging with the customers, explaining where the ingredients are from and offering some suggestions off the menu makes the experience even better than the great taste of there food.
The menu isn't massive but it has what you need. I have tried the 'Simple Jack', 'Classic beef' (my personal favourite) and the 'Our favourite' . Chips have since been removed from the menu due to demand for burgers.
Here's the Simple Jack - A bargain for measly £5.
Creamy gooey Monterey jack cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup. The patty is cooked to perfection and the seasoning is very good. The bun is soft but strong enough to hold it all together.
With the addition of shakes and smoothies made on the premises and a new delivery service Burger Brothers is here to stay for a long time.
Thanks guys I'll definitely be back

Burger Rating 4/5
